Best Repro Trousers Available

I have both these and the ATF variety. Hands down prefer these based on look and feel alone. Have reserved them for dress/education events and the others will get the field abuse. These just compare so much better than the others to original material and don't pill up with use. 100% dead ringer for material, only complaint is the absence of the 2nd button on the internal fly but that's internal.

I bought these as a good pair of 100% wool, winter trousers for general wear and they are a good choice being reasonably warm, (plus can easily be upgraded with layers underneath), comfortable, high waisted to keep my lower back warm, long legged so perfect to blouse over boots and have excellent freedom of movement. Mine are very well made too. The fit is actually true to size as well for a change. Arrived here to the UK very quickly. Very pleased.

Just to let you all know so that you don't have a problem picking sizes. I ordered my trousers in size 32 U.S as I wear size 32 U.S and they fit perfectly, they got a little room in the waist area and they're a few inches extra on the legs, but overall good fit.

Ordered 36’s hoping they would be a size up from my 34’s from At the front. Actually fit more like 32’s which I should have figured since my 38’s mountain pants from WPG also fit like 34’s.

These trousers run true to 1940s pants sizing; they are not "vanity sized." I measured my waist just above the hipbone around bellybutton level and got 30 inches; I ordered a size 30 and they fit perfectly. The quality of the wool is very good. They need a good pressing as they come folded up and pretty wrinkled, and may or may not need to be hemmed depending upon your inseam length.
These trousers are a reproduction of the 1942 model that had substantial increases in the rise, seat, and thighs when compared to the pre-war trousers. They do not have the "gas flap" (additional material across the inside of the crotch secured with a sixth button).
