Gorgeous Sweater. The pattern is totally original and the weight of the material is excellent. The OD3 color goes well with most of what I wear, and it gives me a certain amount of Panache with a brown leather aviator jacket any shade of tweed. IT just says that adventure.

There is room in the body and sleeves, which I like better than a tight fit. The weave is very good and IMO a great color. Great job!

I can't wait to try this sweater out in the vineyard when we start pruning in January. The neck rolls down twice, so it also rolls up your head farther than the norm. They fit true, so if you're not a fan of tight clothing, like me, order a size up.

Sure enough, it had been dropped off on my front porch about twenty minutes earlier. The sweater is actually nicer than I thought it would be. The knitted pattern is not the run of the mill jumper. I bought a medium based off his measurements and it fits perfectly. Great job, once again!

I am satisfied with it! I was concerned about length, but it is great. I am 6'1" and 178 lbs (40L in jackets) and the medium is great. The weave is a little more open than some originals but for the price, it is a nice piece.

I don't know anything about pre-WWI militaria, but I know quality when I see it. The fit on this sweater was excellent (the sleeves were long enough!), it's not scratchy, and it's warm and comfortable. My wife and oldest both keep stealing it and we may need to buy a couple extra.

Sweater arrived quickly! The fit is really great. Roll the substantial collar down twice, or in extreme cold pull it up over your face and top with a knitted cap for a balaclava effect. Wish I'd had this rollneck growing up in Vermont. Wife's verdict: "You look so handsome wearing that!"

First off, kudos to your shipping staff. I've been between addresses and your folks were very flexible in getting the sweater shipped to a PO Box. I am very much obliged to you all for that. Second, the sweater still arrived quickly even with the shipping detour. Then third, the sweater is excellent. The size is a tad big in the middle, but that is just fine for me as it means I can work with the sweater. Also, the weave and the drape of the sweater is perfect. This sweater looks fits excellent and looks like something my grandfather lovingly passed down to me. Now I'm scouting about for some more items. This is the heaviest and strongest wool garment I have ever seen! I have your 5-button WWII-issue sweater, and this is heavier. I like the change in weave between the neck and chest area. Looks like it could stop a bullet! Keep it protected, however, with lots of moth balls. This little extra piece pushes any P.E. impression over the top.
