Very Disappointed and Angry (2017-06-16)

Dear WPG,

I have not received my order. In fact I was finally informed after sending numerous e-mails that it had to be resent by regular mail instead of EMS. I paid for EMS!! I have raised my concerns and have been ignored. At this point I wish to get a full refund.
