Early War M1936 Rubberized Musette Bags. Original bags in used Very Good serviceable condition. Some minor wear to outer fabric and a few minor repairs. Most dated 1942. $75
M1910 Shovel Carrier. An economical reproduction of the standard Army issue shovel cover from 1910 to 1944. $12 M1942 Mountain Troop Shovel Cover. A special cover for the M1910 T-handle shovel was issued to mountain troops with the hook mounted near the bottom of the cover instead of near the top, so that it would ride higher on the rucksack or belt. Most of the surviving examples were converted back to regular shovel covers, so originals are very rare. My deluxe reproductions are assembled entirely from vintage canvas, webbing and hardware, so they are identical in every respect to originals except the actual date of manufacture .
$18
M43 Entrenching Tool Carriers. This is the first version of the carrier for the folding entrenching tool cleverly copied from the Germans. This cover was made only in 1943, with the belt hook sewn in place. The 1944 version has 3 sets of eyelets for adjusting the position of the belt hook. The 1943 versions were made in various combinations of khaki (YAY!) and the dreaded OD #7 ("Oh sergeant, this clashes with my equipment, I can't wear it!"). All are slightly used, which means the top cover was instantly damaged by the sharp edges of the E-tool. Otherwise, they are in excellent condition with sharp markings. M1938 Wirecutter Carrier. Original, unissued, khaki with OD7 trim, 1944 dated. $12
M1910 Canteen Cover, used, VG, dirty, unit markings, no damage or serious wear, WWI dated, $18 M1910 canteen, Very used, dented, some corrosion, corks generally in poor shape, but will hold water, Metal cap. Clear WWI dates. No cup or cover, $18 M1928 Meat Can Pouch for M1928 Haversack. Unissued condition, $7 Mess Kits, dated 1917-18, used, dented, some corrosion, but will clean up OK, $18 US WWII production mess tins. From a long-forgotten depot in France. These mess tins have been stored outside for years, and although the stainless steel pans are in great shape, but handles have rusted badly. A few minutes work with a wire wheel or wire brush and lots of WD40 will remove the rust and reveal a WWII date and maker's mark. $9 Attaching strap for M1928 Pack Carrier. The M1928 Pack Carrier, variously known as the pack tail or diaper, is attached the M1928 haversack by a leather strap that is frequently missing or damaged. I have located some replacement leather straps in perfect unused condition, complete with the webbing security tape. No, they are not dated. $9 Gas Mask Bag, MIVA1, early war "kidney bag", unused, perfect condition, dusty, with all straps, no contents, $18
