SCABBARDS & KNIVES

Kabar Knife Sheath. An exact reproduction of the leather sheath as issued in WWII, in russet leather. No annoying EGA embossing. $22
M1910 Bayonet Scabbard. Back in stock, this beautiful reproduction of the M1910 Scabbard for the M1907 long Springfield bayonet. Made of hard rawhide covered with canvas, and russet leather tip. $40.
M1905 Leather scabbards for M1905 Springfield Bayonet. For the bayonet collector who has too many blades and not enough scabbards, I have reproduced the first scabbard issued with the 16" Springfield bayonet. This has a large belt hook for use on looped cartridge belts. This is a very accurate reproduction. $60

M1905 Bayonet Scabbard - Modified. Sometime after 1910, US arsenals began converting leather covered M1905 scabbards by adding an M1910 belt hook so they could be hooked to the new cartridge belts. Now WPG offers an excellent replica of this rare scabbard. $60

USMC Scabbard for M1905 Bayonet. This is a new reproduction of this scarce bayonet scabbard. The story I got is that the USMC Philadelphia Depot made these up to replace worn out covers issued by the US Army Ordnance. The inside of the scabbard was recycled, but the outside was replaced by lightweight canvas in typical USMC mustard khaki. These were used extensively at Guadalcanal, and can still be seen in official motion pictures of the flag-raising patrol going up Mount Suribachi on Iwo Jima. $45
Early WWII Leather Machete Scabbard. I was considering making these, then found a bunch of original sheaths in unissued condition. These are in excellent condition after 60 years of careful storage. They are unmarked and undated (possible USMC contract). Overall length 22" These are for the very early WWII machete (M1939, which is shown but not available), and will not accomodate the M1942 machete, which had a canvas sheath. $25
US M2 Parachutists Knife Excellent reproduction of the famed paratrooper  of WWII. $50 each or 10 for $400

Please note that these are NOT functioning switchblade knives. The release button and lock button work, but the blade does not open automatically to the fully open position, and must be opened partway by hand. That was the only way to make them legal.

HOLSTERS

M1916 Hip Holster for .45 Auto Pistol. When I saw how bad the Chinese made holsters looked in "Band of Brothers" I decided it was time to make some proper reproductions. These are indistinguishable from originals, and include the wooden forming block that is missing in most other repro holsters. Made in natural undyed saddle leather, just like originals, they turn russet over time with exposure to air, oils, and sunlight. $60

M3 Shoulder holster for .45 Auto Pistol. An exact reproduction of the standard WWII issue holster, made in heavy saddle leather. The only difference between mine and an original is that the strap is 12 inches longer to better fit today's sizes. The M3 holster was used extensively by aircrews, tankers and paratroopers. $60 BACK IN STOCK.
M1912 Mounted Pistol Holster. This is the first model holster adopted for the M1911 .45 cal automatic pistol. This mounted version featured a swivel and leg strap to keep it from bouncing while riding. Although soon replaced by the M1916 holster, the M1912 holster saw service on the Mexican border and into WWI, and occasionally can be seen still in use in photographs right up to WWII. $75
USMC Pattern 1905 Holster for .38 Revolver. This is the Marines model holster made for a long series of .38 service revolvers. These holsters were issued in plain russet leather that darkened naturally over time. $60

US Army or USMC M1912 Holster for .45 Auto. For .45 Auto Pistol, M1911. This is a new reproduction of the long drop (no swivel) dismounted version of the M1912 holster.
Choice of "US" or "USMC" embossing.
Marines used this model holster well into WWII. Same high quality construction as my other holsters, using top grain saddle leather. Leg strap included. $75

USN Shoulder Holster. This is the Navy issue shoulder holster for the S&W "Victory" Model 10 revolver. Like all my holsters, it features top grain saddle leather and original style hardware. It comes as issued, without bullet loops. No markings on back. $60

SLINGS, LANYARDS, & ACCESSORIES

Mills M1912 Cavalry Bandolier. A fantastic recreation of this rare bandolier. Weaving is copied exactly, with double woven bottoms on pockets. All Mills markings copied including the stamping on the belt tip. Eagle snaps on all pockets. $125 Add to Cart
Mills Web Sling for Krag and Springfield Rifles.
When leather slings proved difficult to maintain during the Philippine "Pacification," the Army purchased the Mills web sling for use on issue Krag and, later, Springfield M1903 rifles. This sling was later adopted in slightly modified form by the British Army. The early Mills sling is identified by its slightly wider web, brass keepers, and patent dates on the ends. The end hooks were slightly small for the web, and there was a slight crimping on the strap where the hooks attached. The WPG reproduction copies all of these original features. $25

M1905 Leather Sling. A new reproduction of the leather sling used on all US rifles 1905-1944. This is not the funny-smelling Chinese product, but a totally new product. Brass hardware, natural "unissued" color harness leather. $42
Kerr No-Buckl Sling for M1903 Springfield. At some time either the Army or the Marines (or both) purchased the Kerr No-Buckl web sling for use on the M1903 Springfield and Trench Guns. Later this sling was used for the original M1921 and M1928 series Thompson submachine guns. This sling is shorter than the sling purchased for the M1917 Enfield. It measures 14 1/2" on the short side and 46" on the long side. $25

Kerr No-Buckl Sling for M1917 Enfield Rifle. The Enfield required a longer version of the Kerr sling because the sling swivels are farther apart. This sling is also available now. $25 Add to Cart

Thompson SMG slings. I am very pleased with these new reproductions. These are made in the yellowish khaki used during most of WWII. Photo shows an original sling over one of the reproductions. $25.
M1 Carbine Sling. New reproduction of early style sling with C-shaped tip. $9 OUT OF STOCK

WWII M1942 Pistol Lanyard. A museum quality reproduction of this hard to find lanyard. $22
M1942 Pistol lanyard
M1917 Pistol Lanyard. This lanyard was developed because the M1905 lanyard, designed to fit revolvers, did not fit the M1911 pistol well (some think this is the reason for the lanyard loop on early magazines). It was issued from 1917 through WWII, although supplemented later by issue of the M1942 lanyard. This is another museum quality reproduction. $22
M1917 Pistol Lanyard
M1905 Pistol Lanyard. This is a reproduction of the first lanyard issued by the US Army. Originally intended for the .38 revolver, it was also used on the M1909 .45 revolver, and on the M1911 .45 automatic until replaced in 1917. This is the lanyard used during the 1916 Mexican campaign. The hook does not fit well on the M1911, which may be the reason for a lanyard loop on early magazines for that pistol. $22
M1905 Pistol Lanyard

.50 Caliber Ammo Can. WWII style ammo can with hinge on long side. Perfect condition, with a little surface rust. $18
M1 Ammunition Bandoliers in OD 3 lightweight poplin. Indistinguishable from originals, with cardboard inserts for M1 clips and black safety pins. No markings. $9 IN STOCK AGAIN!

ORDNANCE / GRENADES

Hawkins Mines An exact replica of the No. 75 Hawkins Mine. This is not a paint thinner can with a bracket glued on, but an exact reproduction with the embossed sides and cap. The Hawkins Mine was a British anti-tank mine, but it was widely used by US Forces, especially paratroopers. This is made of heavy gauge steel and weighs 2 pounds for shipping ($6 postage). Send your order through Paypal for fast shipment. $38 ($44 with postage).

Gammon Grenade. Another British item widely used by American forces. The Gammon grenade was popular for use against armored vehicles. The user filled the stockinette bag with plastic explosive, unscrewed the cap, and threw it at the target. This is a museum quality reproduction modeled from an original grenade. You won't want to throw it at a tank. $35
