I'm 5'7", 135, with a 34 waist (or snug 33). I got the 34s. They were too large after two hot washes and dryer on hot. The length was easy to alter, especially with the military's simple hem. I had the waist taken in and shortened the rise. They're still just below my navel, but now they're not drooping in the crotch.
I'll get another pair, but I'm debating whether to give a try to the 33s.
They're going to be very nice summer trousers here in So.Cal.
If they Navy white trousers had back pockets, I'd get those, too.
